Administrative Assistant

This position requires a professional and dedicated individual to provide general administrative and office support at our Itasca location. Duties include: operation of phone system; mail; data entry; clerical projects for various departments including filing, copying, mass mailings, and report preparation. This position will dynamically support both the HR and Marketing Departments. A high energy and personable individual with excellent communication skills is a must along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to be highly organized and detail oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and operation of office equipment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional office experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional drafting, proof-reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Able to network and connect with internal stakeholders, teaming partners, and professional organizations as-needed
  • Must be a team player while effectively and efficiently using firm resources
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to make occasional deliveries throughout the Chicagoland area.
