As Transportation Analyst, Jacque assists agencies in engaging the public and key stakeholders, formulating their goals and visions for active transportation, formalizing these ideas with policy changes and design guidelines, and implementing through infrastructure design and programming. She also assists agencies in economic and prioritization analyses for bike and pedestrian facilities as well as identifying funding opportunities. Her planning assistance has led to on-the-ground construction of successful projects. Her projects have ranged from site-specific to community-wide plans. Jacque was Civiltech’s Project Manager and Lead Transportation Planner on the Village of Wilmette’s Master Bike & Active Transportation Plan.

Fun fact: Jacque takes great pride in turning ideas into reality. In fact, she is especially proud of a Halloween costume she created: the ghost of Amelia Earhart, one of Jacque’s favorite strong female inspirations from childhood. The costume was complete with a homemade foam board airplane!
