Stacey is a Project Manager in Civiltech’s Chicago Office and part of CDOT’s Citywide Construction Engineering. She specializes in utility planning and design coordination in the urban environment. Stacey has a deep understanding of both pre-construction and construction activities for underground infrastructure in the City of Chicago. For most of her professional career, Stacey has worked as a private consultant providing Program Management Services and Owner’s Representative Services to city agencies. She has experience working in a cross-functional capacity and time-sensitive environment to help resolve utility conflicts on behalf of her client, which includes defining scope, estimating costs, and preparing designs to adjust water facilities. Stacey interfaces directly with both the client and project stakeholders to develop, maintain, and protect the City’s public infrastructure.
Fun fact: Stacey and her husband love to travel the world in search of inspiring landscapes –and she even has a favorite mode of transportation, trains. She recently explored the mountainous countryside of Sri Lanka on one of the most scenic train routes in the world originally built for the Lipton’s tea empire.
