The 2025 Great Lakes ITE (GLITE) Annual Meeting was an exciting event for Civiltech! The conference took place in June and was held in Indianapolis at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Union Station. It included presentations on a wide range of transportation topics and provided PTOEs with Professional Development Hours (PDHs). Jim Woods, Steve Pautsch, and Anmol Shrivastava were all in attendance at the conference representing both Civiltech and the Illinois Section of ITE.
Civiltech’s Steve Pautsch presented “Revitalizing Soul City,” which gave an overview of the Chicago Avenue Streetscape Project in the Equity in Transportation session. In addition to this Chicago Department of Transportation project being highlighted, it was also an award winner, being named the 2025 Transportation Achievement Award for Complete Streets! 
Adding to the awards lineup, Civiltech’s Anmol Shrivastava was named the 2025 Great Lakes Region Transportation Professional of the Year. Also, the Illinois Section of ITE, of which Anmol is currently serving as President, received the 2025 Section Momentum Award.
Jim, Steve, and Anmol attended conference sessions and activities. Jim and Steve attended a bike tour of the Indianapolis Culture Trail and all three enjoyed a reception at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers.
Civiltech congratulates Anmol Shrivastava for winning the GLITE Transportation Professional of the Year and says thank you for his dedication to the ITE organization as well as the industry at large. Also, we congratulate the ITE Illinois Section on winning the 2025 Section Momentum Award.
