35 Signs of Kindness
On October 12, 2023, Civiltech celebrated its 35th Anniversary! In honor of this milestone, we launched 35 Signs of Kindness. We enjoyed having a fun, action-packed, meaningful year of giving back to the communities in which we work, live, and play.
Progress Made All Year Long!
The year long initiative was divided into 3 buckets of activities: Individual volunteer activities, Individual donation activities, and Civiltech volunteer/donation activities.
Individual Volunteer Activities
Goal: 35 individual organizations received volunteer activities from Civiltech staff in 2023.
Individual Donation Activities
We encouraged everyone to make a donation(s) in $35 intervals to the charitable organization(s) of your choice.
Goal: Civiltech staff to donate $3500 to charitable organizations in 2023.
Civiltech Volunteer Activities & Donations
As a company, we participated in our traditional annual volunteer activities. We also be added additional activities throughout the year.
Service
Serving our clients with high level, responsive service is a founding principle of Civiltech.
However, service also includes serving our clients’ communities and the communities in which our staff live, work, and play. We strive to serve our clients and our communities both professionally and in a “giving back” capacity as neighbors, family, and friends.

Civiltech is grateful to the clients who have trusted us with their projects over the years.
As transportation industry professionals, our client base is predominantly public agencies. As such, the ultimate end user of a Civiltech project is the people within the community in which the project is based. We support our clients not only in providing high-level, state-of-the-art, and responsible solutions to their infrastructure projects, but in improving their communities through volunteer efforts.

Civiltech is an employee-focused company that prioritizes professional fulfillment and work/life balance.
One way in which we support our employee’s work/life balance is with our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit. We support and encourage our employees to give back in ways that are meaningful to them, and we provide company volunteer events that not only allow us to give back as a company, but to build team camaraderie.
