Mateen is a Resident Engineer in Civiltech’s Construction Engineering department. He also has expertise in construction inspection and construction staking and layout. Mateen has provided R.E. services on numerous arterial street resurfacing projects for CDOT. He also has provided construction inspection on many substantial IDOT and Illinois Tollway projects, as well as municipal street and infrastructure improvements.
Fun fact: In Mateen’s spare time he is busy at home tackling a long list of projects that his wife has asked him to do for years! But despite his work projects and his home projects, he makes time to plan events for his community mosque and its members.
