Joe is a Phase II Project Manager and Civiltech’s lead Traffic Signal Engineer. He is proficient in the preparation of plans and contract documents for traffic signals and traffic signal interconnect systems. Joe has extensive experience in the successful completion of traffic signal installation projects for various municipalities, agencies, counties, CDOT, and IDOT. In fact, Joe serves as Project Manager on Civiltech’s IDOT District 1 Districtwide Traffic Signal Plan Preparation Contract, which includes various traffic signal projects throughout the six-county area of northeastern Illinois. Joe’s expertise also includes safety studies and traffic impact studies.
Fun fact: When Joe’s not busy designing traffic signals, you might find him running through them while training for the next half marathon on his calendar.
