Normally, Halloween at Civiltech is filled with a busy and noisy cadre of ghosts and goblins, superheroes and princesses, dinosaurs and dragons, and characters of all shapes and sizes playing tricks and snagging treats. This year however, the Halloween fun had to be held safely at home. That didn’t stop Civiltech from getting in on the Halloween action. We ensured that we still celebrated together even though apart with the Virtual Halloween PJ Party!
Civiltech little ones received a box of Halloween night goodies. Kiddies eagerly anticipated delivery of their boxes-addressed directly to them- which contained abundant supplies for a fun and cozy Halloween night. The packages were stuffed full of candy, popcorn, light-up rings, and other fun goodies. Also, each child received supplies and instructions to create a craft stick scarecrow and a gratitude turkey.
After the contents of the package were explored, candy consumed, and crafts completed, everyone cozied up for their favorite Halloween movie (or something slightly less scary) complete with popcorn and hot chocolate!
The Civiltech Virtual Halloween PJ Party was a hit! And while we missed having trick-or-treaters in our offices this year, we enjoyed celebrating the night together in spirit.
