Phil is Civiltech’s lead Landscape Architect bringing diverse experience spanning largescale master planning and transportation projects. He leads the urban design and landscape architecture components for streetscape projects. Also, Phil provides expertise on trail system and park and recreation design. His specialties involve developing pedestrian environments, community identifiers and gateways. Phil strives to incorporate green infrastructure elements in every Civiltech project.
Fun fact: Phil loves to travel and hones his urban design outlook using the world as his study guide! He has been to over 250 cities in 17 different countries, as well as 30 different states within the U.S.
