Dave is a Phase II Project Manager in Civiltech’s Design Engineering department. He specializes in roadway geometrics and drainage, sewer and water main design, local street rehabilitation and reconstruction, pedestrian facility design, and roadside barrier warrant analysis. Dave brings extensive experience in large roadway and highway reconstruction projects, often Federally funded, in municipalities and counties throughout the region.
Fun fact: With an equal interest in transportation engineering and all things having to do with Disney World, Dave is a study in contradiction. In fact, he was recently spotted hiking in the Smoky Mountains sporting both a Chicago Bears shirt and St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap.
