Dave brings extensive experience in the design of transportation improvements of all types and sizes. His expertise and knowledge of the many clients served by Civiltech, along with his extensive local, state, and federal funding experience allows Dave to provide exceptional client service in his Quality Management role. He is instrumental in developing new processes and in overseeing and coordinating quality efforts across all departments.
