Phil joined Civiltech in 2017 bringing extensive experience in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. Phil specializes in designing and developing pedestrian environments, with a focus on placemaking, community identifiers, urban design solutions, and green infrastructure. His experience spans all stages of design, development, and construction on projects ranging from large scale master plans to local streets, parks, plazas, and playgrounds. Phil is passionate about designing from a pedestrian/bike point of view and applies this perspective and experience to all of our projects.
