Dave is Civiltech’s Director of Right of Way Services. His expertise is concentrated on the appraisal of proposed rights of way for state, county, and municipal clients. In addition, he provides appraisal services for private owners including special-use properties, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, office buildings, mixed-use facilities, and vacant land. Dave is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Illinois and Indiana as well as an IDOT Approved Fee Appraiser and Review Appraiser. He also specializes in property valuations under eminent domain and in providing expert testimony.
Fun fact: Dave’s favorite spot to vacation is the Caribbean. He enjoys relaxing on the beach, listening to the waves crash, and dreaming about the price per square foot in the Chicago industrial market.
