Chris is the Director of Civiltech’s Chicago office. He specializes in transportation planning, bikeway and pedestrian facility design, roadway and highway design, site design, and the development of contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates.Chris previously served as Program Manager for C*NECT, a large scale engineering program contracted by the Chicago Department of Transportation, which manages thousands of projects throughout every Chicago neighborhood each year. Chris was responsible for coordinating budget and staffing levels among a dozen subconsultant firms and ensuring a quality product is delivered to the client at the lowest possible cost. He brings a first-hand working knowledge of CDOT programs and standards, a strong relationship with CDOT staff, and expertise in Phase II Design Engineering services.
