Andy is Director of Civiltech’s Structural Design Services department. As Director, he leads the structural engineering team, provides QC/QA of structural work, structural team strategy, and coordinates with other departments on structural engineering project components and pursuits. His experience includes a wide range of project types including underground utility structures, transit facilities and structures, and the design, modeling, and analysis of bridges and ramps. He also brings extensive experience in the analysis and design of underground utility facilities and design of transit facilities and structures. While employed at previous firms, Andy has managed structural engineering and civil engineering teams and led Quality Assurance/Quality Control of engineering departments and projects.
