Anmol shares that his ITE activities benefit his career with Civiltech in three areas:

  • Leadership: Managing an ITE section has sharpened my strategic planning and public speaking skills, both of which translate directly to managing project deliverables and leading client meetings.
  • Technical Growth: Staying closely engaged with ITE’s technical councils keeps me at the cutting edge of modern safety standards, allowing me to bring innovative, best-practice recommendations to our clients.
  • Networking: The relationships I have built with peers, agency officials, and clients help elevate Civiltech’s visibility and foster collaboration across the region.
