Phil is a Resident Engineer in Civiltech’s Construction Engineering Department specializing in construction inspection, construction documentation, construction layout, bridge construction inspection, topographic survey, and erosion control inspection. Phil is highly skilled with coordinating construction activities between multiple contractors, as well as utility companies and other stakeholders. He has led the construction activities on many of Civiltech’s bridge and underpass projects.
Fun fact: Although Phil played many sports growing up and in college, he never really enjoyed running until he lived downtown. The lakefront trails have a lot to offer! In April 2015, Phil decided to train for the Chicago Marathon and by October of the same year, he finished the marathon in just under 5.5 hours. Phil still enjoy running, but lately has been sticking to the 5Ks.
