Jeff is a Project Manager in the Construction Engineering Services department and served many years as a resident engineer at Civiltech. Jeff’s specialties are in construction inspection, construction staking and layout, and construction documentation. He has provided administration and construction inspection services for over $200 million worth of large transportation projects for many of our clients including the Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Tollway. Jeff is skilled at determining and organizing the requirements of large projects ensuring that they will be performed in proper order, minimizing conflicts, and providing benefit in time and costs.
Fun fact: Jeff practically grew up at Civiltech! He started here as a teen-aged co-op student and has risen through the ranks to a Project Manager. When not on a Civiltech project site, Jeff enjoys exploring our National Parks and has made it to 6 of them, with plans to visit more.
