Jeff has been providing Construction Engineering services with Civiltech since 1998. In his role as Director, Jeff brings outstanding leadership and technical expertise overseeing Civiltech’s resident engineering, construction administration, and constructability reviews. Jeff previously served as a Senior Project Manager for Phase III projects, specializing in construction management, resident engineering, and construction layout verification and surveying. With over 20 years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Jeff has managed projects totaling more than $200 million in construction value. He brings vast experience with a wide range of projects and an in-depth understanding of major project challenges and proactively identifies and resolves potential issues for smooth project execution.
Fun fact: Jeff practically grew up at Civiltech! He started here as a teen-aged co-op student and has risen through the ranks to a Project Manager and now Director of Construction Engineering Services. When not on a Civiltech project site, Jeff enjoys exploring our National Parks and has made it to 6 of them, with plans to visit more.
