Jim is a Senior Project Manager in Civiltech’s Urban Design & Traffic department. He specializes in the preparation of environmental and location design studies, and traffic engineering/impact studies and reviews. He has expertise in transportation modeling and simulation packages including Synchro, VISSIM, and CORSIM. Jim leads Civiltech’s highway noise studies, including noise measurement, modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Fun fact: Jim enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, lakes, night sky watching, spending time with family and friends, training his golden retriever puppy, country music, a good cocktail, and a campfire. And being a talented multi-tasker, he prefers simultaneously accomplishing all of these things while camping in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
